Recipies for our Powder

Protein Bites 

Ingredients: (makes 24 balls)

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/3 cup sugar or maple syrup

- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla)

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup chocolate chips


1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well.
2. Add protein powder and almond flour to the mixture, and stir until everything is evenly combined.
3. Stir in chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, and your choice of additional mix-ins.
4. Once the mixture is well combined, use your hands to roll small portions into balls.
5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
7. Once they're firm, transfer the protein balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
