RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that trying new products can be a hit or miss. That’s why we recommend starting with our sample packs to see if you like them. Please note, we do not accept returns on full-size bags or the mix-and-match variety pack of single-serving sachets.
However, if you purchase a sample pack and feel it doesn’t work for you—whether it upsets your tummy or just isn’t to your taste—we’ll give you a 50% refund on the sample pack, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Simple steps for a partial refund:
1. Contact store@FODMAPfoods.com and include your order number.
2. You must have some of the original product left in the sample pack and the original package.
3. We will email you the return address for your sample pack.
4. Email us the tracking number for your return.
5. Once your return is received, we will process your refund, and you should receive it within 3-5 business days.
What if something is wrong with my product?
If the product packaging is damaged (torn, unsealed, or otherwise defective) or if there’s an issue outside of your control, we want to hear from you and fix the problem! Please contact us at store@FODMAPfoods.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds are only available for sample packs and are limited to 50% of the purchase price.
The customer is responsible for both initial and return shipping costs.
Repeated refund requests from the same customer will not be allowed.
